Stephanie’s areas of focus are corporate and commercial law, employment law, fund formation and dispute resolution. Stephanie specializes in advising local and international clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters. Her experience includes contract negotiation, business formation, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Stephanie’s experience in fund formation includes due diligence on investors and investees, fund compliance and investor relations. Her experience in employment law includes advising both employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment-related issues. She has insight on employment contracts, workplace policies, labour disputes and regulatory compliance. Stephanie is a skilled advocate with extensive experience in dispute resolution. Stephanie received her LL.B from the University of Leicester in Leicester, U.K. and her LL.M in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law, Birmingham, U.K. She was called to the Ghana Bar in 2018. She also holds a B.A in Communication Studies (Public Relations) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
