Sandra is a result-driven corporate lawyer whose areas of focus are legal research,
corporate and commercial law and litigation. She is adept at efficiently drafting and
negotiating contracts, settlements, and deals on behalf of clients and reviewing policies in a
timely manner. She has advised corporate clients and businesses in education, fine arts,
health, financial technology (FINTECH) and real estate.
Her recent work experience spans mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, legal research,
risk assessment, business setup, regulatory compliance, labour and intellectual property law.
She routinely advises clients on corporate governance, including compliance with the
companies’ constitutions and regulations, shareholder relations, board of directors’ matters
as well as company secretarial duties.
Sandra received her Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana
School of Law and is licenced to practice in Ghana. Sandra holds a
MSc. in International Business Management from the University of
West London in the UK. She also holds an LLB and B.A in
Psychology and Sociology, both from the University of Ghana.
