Judith specializes in corporate and commercial law, providing counsel to clients in technology-enabled sectors
(including FINTECH), venture capital, property and construction, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, logistics, food and drugs, financial services, and manufacturing. Her expertise encompasses business structuring and investment fund formation across jurisdictions such
as Ghana, the United States, Cayman Islands, Netherlands, British Virgin Islands, Mauritius, Dubai, and Nigeria.
Judith adeptly handles negotiations, international mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures,
private placements, and regulatory compliance. She has successfully established two funds
(totaling $50 million) for technology related investments in Africa, represented a Ghanaian
firm in a $150 million acquisition of cold storage facilities, and led a venture capital group in
creating a $20 million fund for African tech start-ups. Additionally, she advised on a 1,100 km
railway project from Tema, Ghana, to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
Judith earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she was a
senior editor of the Human Rights and Globalization Law Review. She is licensed in New
York and New Jersey, and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2014. She holds a B.A. in
Economics with minors in Management and French from Ohio Wesleyan University. Judith
also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Natalia M. Combs Greene of the Superior
Court of the District of Columbia.
